1. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products (live plants), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the plants have been shipped and delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plant(s) arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at bankraktonmaithailand@gmail.com.
• Please provide photos of the issue, and we will assess the situation.
• In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or a replacement based on the condition of the plant(s).
3. Shipping Responsibility
We take great care to package your plants securely for shipping. However, we are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damage caused during transit by shipping carriers.
